Τhe scope of the study is consultation of the European Commission about future emissions regulation, lower emission limits, additional regulated species, testing methodology and instrumentation for light duty vehicles (passenger cars – M1 and light commercial vehicles – N1). This work supports the EC towards future air quality targets in the European Union, taking into account technological feasibility, global developments, as well as the development of possibilities with the introduction of digitalization.
